It seems you are not using BuddyPress. Not a problem. Please login to Dashboard. go to appearance->Bp Mag options and visit Menu Options.
You will see this selected ‘Use default Buddypress Navigation’ Select the ‘Use wordpress custom menu’ and everything will work.

Please make sure you have a search-single.php in your current theme. That file is required for the search result page.

Since we are using the BuddyPress blogs-loop from blogs directory, the search output depends on how the blog-loops.php is laid out. I believe, the current buddypress blogs search does not allow searching on the basis of subdomain/sub dir name.

I have upgraded your membership for a month and you can download the current version of gallery which is compatible with the current version of BP/WP.
